Enyi Patricia is a business strategist and real estate consultant with a proven record of helping individuals and diaspora clients navigate Nigeria's property market with clarity and confidence. Her work spans land verification, title documentation, diaspora buyer support, negotiations and property investment consulting helping clients avoid scams, verify titles, and make confident, informed decisions at every stage of any property transaction.
Patricia is also the creator of the EPA Wealth Circle Asset Hold, a structured co-ownership model designed to give everyday investors safe, transparent access to profitable land ownership building sustainable wealth without stress or uncertainty.
Beyond EPA, she is the founder of Trion Multi-Business Enterprise, reflecting her broader ambition as a business strategist managing multiple ventures.
Patricia holds an HND in Business Administration & Management from Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa and has completed a course of study in organizational analysis at Stanford University. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management, holds a Young Entrepreneurship and Ethical Code of Conduct certificate from the United Bank for Africa, and studied critical thinking through the HP LIFE Foundation.
